Responsibilities 职责:

  •  

• Convert the weekly level master production plan into daily production schedule and optimize the production sequence to meet defined objectives.

 

• Collaborate with manufacturing to optimize the schedule, handle execution level changes, and align on future maintenance plan / calendars and specific manufacturing requirements

 

• Collaborate with MPS to mitigate any unplanned plant interruptions or to handle rush supply requests

 

• Collaborate with planner roles when issues arise that affect the S&OP horizon

 

• Analyze scheduling metrics, conduct root cause analysis and report schedule performance.

 

• Maintain scheduling related master data, in SAP (e.g., SKU-machine mappings, changeover matrices, run rates, minimum run sizes). Manage scheduling related master data as per set governance.

 

• Support improvements to local/global scheduling related projects

 

• Track KPIs and monitor performance against targets; propose recommendation for improvement

 

• Monitor Produce to Plan

 

• Inventory Management – Total Inventory & Slow Moving / Aged Inventory

 

• Collaborate with toller production scheduler to finalize production dates

 

• Review stock transfer requisitions and generate stock transfer orders to position products across multiple locations (warehouses, tolling plants) and monitor stock transfer movement

 

 • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (procurement operations, warehouse/logistic teams, customer services and quality) and tollers to mitigate any supply issue

 

• Build relationship with Toller to support CE request as needed.

Analyze forecasts, lead times, safety stock, inventory discrepancy and other material master data as needed for assigned raw and packaging materials

 

• Track and analyze Consumption patterns and purchasing trends to optimize inventory levels and costs associated

 

• Plan and ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials for production to meet customer demand in short term

 

• Create purchase requisitions for raw / packaging materials, tolled / sub – contract materials and other consumables

 

Qualifications 要求:

  • Have undergraduate degree, and at least 2 years related working experience.

 

  • Have a good English reading, writing and speaking ability.

 

  • Have a strong analytical thinking and coordination ability.

 

  • Proactively and positive; Quick and fast learner.
