• Utilize systems and tools such as SAP, SAP Analyzer, CTM, TMS, business database and MS office to develop logistics operational metrics (dat-to-day activities), logistics cost analysis and logistics quality performance tracking, covering warehouse, domestic transportation, import and export related activities.   
• Support logistics operations team leaders in resolving escalated issues from the CX teams by interfacing with other functions, including logistics fulfillment issues, warehouse new project, logistics process optimization etc.  
• Work closely with logistics team leaders and S&OP team leader to identify process gaps and opportunities for improving. 
• Initiate internal and cross functional team discussion for customer special requests on logistics operations.
• Primary coordinator for logistics related project progress check-in
• Support logistics team in internal and external audits by obtaining requested evidence

• Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years’ experience in logistics related area
• In-depth knowledge of order to deliver SAP functionalities required
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability
• Excellent internal & external customer focus
• Strategic thinker with ability to identify process enhancement opportunities
• Strong networking and communication skills
• Results oriented with ability to adapt to changing deadlines
• Experienced in working effectively at plant and corporate levels in and across a functional environment
• Competence in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
