Responsibilities 职责:

  • Actively participate in and/or driving Accounting change projects.
  • Participate on cross-functional teams, where applicable, as Accounting OpEx representative
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, related to key accounting processes globally
  • Carry out in depth analysis, investigation of identified improvement opportunities and provide solutions
  • Ensure standardization across regions, enforcing compliance with policies
  • Understand policies and procedures and have a solid understanding of audit implications
  • Proactively seek and improve intra departmental and cross-functional efficiency and enhance processes
  • Participate in development of training documentation, with possibility of delivering some training where applicable
  • Maintain a positive, “can-do” attitude and serve internal customers
  • May act as GPO for certain areas
  • Frequently interact with finance and accounting management through the global organization
  • Conduct periodic spot audits of processes to ensure reviews are strong
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications 要求:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting or other relevant field of Finance
  • 5+ years relevant work experience in accounting; previous experience in a shared service center or accounting experience at a large company, or fast paced environment is desired
  • Fluent in English
  • Show an outstanding knowledge and/or interest in one or more of the following areas: GL, CO, IC, INV, BCS
  • Solid SAP knowledge
  • Solid knowledge of Celanese financial processes (US GAAP)
  • Solid Knowledge of financial close transactions and integration of financial processes
  • Knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
  • Spreadsheet, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding Big Picture
  • Basic cross-functional knowledge and experience
  • Customer focus
  • Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Exhibits a positive can-do attitude and approaches responsibilities with an open mind
  • Willingness to learn and self-develop
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changes and new tasks, while prioritizing and keeping deadlines
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Analytical skills (Detail Oriented, is able to read well patterns)
  • Ability to provide professional guidance to team members, resolve complex problems
  • Networking agility and global thinking
  • Be approachable, but be able to follow-up even with superiors
