This position is responsible for sales of Celanese IMC(Industrial, Medical and Consumer) in East/North China area to drive profitable growth. Duties include forecasting and achieving IMC East/North China area annual objectives for sales and volume growth. Expectations include the ability to effectively coach a sales team(5-8 professionals) to sell at all levels of management and build relationships that ensure Celanese will continue to get the first and last look, and execute the IMC strategy plan, execution plan and imperatives. Being skilled at solution selling approaches and effectively selling the value of our products and services are also keys to success and must have the ability to assist customers in problem solving to deliver solutions, bring energy, enthusiasm and professionalism to their daily routines. Individual will perform the function independently and interact and influence effectively at the managerial peer level. This individual is a thought leader who performs independently and has demonstrated the ability to effectively interact and influence peers and the next level up in the organizations (Celanese and Customer). The preferred candidate will possess strong product knowledge and sales skills in engineering plastics business, especially with the experience in Industrial, Medical and Consumer market.
