Responsible for leading a team of customer service representative required to execute perfect order fulfillment within the order to cash process. order to cash includes PO receiving, pricing verification, order entry, customer service/problem resolution, billing coordination, collections, invoice adjustment and master data maintenance.
Lead and monitor CAR daily operation, provide support to each individuals when needed. Work with related functions (logistics, planning, finance, business, sales, OPEX, etc.) for trouble shooting in order to ensure the clear process.
Organize necessary communication among functions to monitor open order status (production plan, sales forecast, STO tracking, QN review as needed) and timely perform critical issue solving or escalation. Effectively manage day-to-day emergencies/issues. Drive internal and external customer satisfaction.
Accountable for driving continuous process improvement to simplify and standardize procedure, reduce non-value added activities and costs, increase productivity and achieve customer service targets.
5+ years working experience.
Bachelor or above
Customer service/supply chain knowledge
Troubleshooting/problem solving skills
