Responsibilities 职责:

1. Operate processing equipment safely.
2. Timely complete processing CHIP/SR requests with high quality.
3. Support processing optimization, development and trouble shooting.
4. Undertake the responsibility for lab internal machine maintenance.

5. Keep good documentation to make sure all experiments procedures and raw data are traceable.
6. Lab 5S and other tasks assigned by leader.

Qualifications 要求:

1. Good safety sense.
2. Major in chemistry, polymer, and material science, maching/mechnical  with more than 5 years’ work experience in lab functions. 
3. Be familiar with rubber/elastomer  processing (roll mill, internal mixer) will be preferred, extrusion process(tube//film/sheet extrusion), or LIBS extrusion experience is acceptable as well.                                          
4. Good problem solving skills and coordination skills;
5. Good communication skills, positive attitude and self-motivated behavior.
