Responsibilities 职责:

  • Maintain effective quality management systems to align with IATF, ISO9001, ISO17025 and company relevant policy and standards.
  • Lead the quality team to achieve KPIs. Drive quality objectives setting and implement COTs to meet these objectives.
  • Monitor and improve quality management system. Identify problems or opportunities related with product, process, raw material quality or system. Cooperate with process engineers and production team etc to take corrective and preventive measures and validate the effectiveness.
  • Own EHS management in the responsible area. Take lead of abnormal EHS event reporting, investigation, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Host customer audit and visit. Lead investigation of customer complaint and internal quality incident, identify root cause, enact corrective and preventive actions, and follow up the implementation status.
  • Manage the QC Lab to ensure in-process testing and FP testing are executed effectively & efficiently. Manage the regional lab to provide periodic testing for the AP production plants and support regional footprint projects and other projects per business needs.
  • Continue to develop team member’s competency and capability.

Qualifications 要求:

  1. Education Background
  • BS or MS degree, with major in Polymer, Chemical, Chemical Engineering etc.

 

  1. Skills and knowledge
  • Familiar with IATF, ISO9001, ISO17025 system and common quality tools
  • Familiar with physical and thermal property tests. Capable to analyze the testing result.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Good verbal and written communication capability in English.
  • A team-player and self-motivated.

 

  1. Working Experience
  • At least 3 years related experience as quality leader in manufacturing plant. Hands-on experience related chemicals or engineering polymer compounding process is preferred.
