The successful candidate will develop new products for HTN and LCPA product lines and collaborate with cross functional teams globally to commercialize these products.
Work with external and internal customers to translate functional requirements to product requirements.
Use a variety of sources and ideation techniques to develop new technology concepts that enable new product properties as well as applications.
Develop new product formulations and characterize for mechanical, thermal and other properties.
Work closely with other R&D teams, commercial, and manufacturing teams to accelerate technology commercialization.
Develop and establish intellectual property through filing of patents and documenting trade secrets.
Qualifications 要求:
Ph.D. Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Polymer Science or Engineering/Materials Science.
3 years and above experience
Self-starter, goal-oriented, hands-on individual with drive for solving problems and finding innovative solutions in a timely manner.
Strong communication skills to work effectively in a global environment. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
Working knowledge of design of experiments.
Works safely in the laboratory or plant setting.
Working knowledge of polymer synthesis and processing (compounding/ extrusion).
