Job Overview 综述:

Responsible for perfect Channel Sales Assistant in Korea and ASEAN. This position will interface with counterparts in Channel Partners.

Responsibilities 职责:

    • Collaborating with channel sales managers and keeping a good relationship with both external and internal stakeholders
    • Where necessary support sales representatives and business line managers with reports, data analysis and customer communication.
    • Proactively communicate with channel partners for IBP DF consolidation and deliveries to avoid and resolve issues at the earliest possibility
    • Assist with the inventory management of channel partners
    • Document supports for chemical related and service requests
    • Maintain key internal relationships including sales, customer service, T&I, supply chain planning and logistics procurement and further functions.
    • Document, investigate and follow up of internal and external requests

Qualifications 要求:

    • Good written and verbal communication skills in Korean & English
    • Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft office software
    • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
    • Solution oriented mindset
    • Able to cope with stress (stress resistant)
    • Customer focus
    • Effective time management
    • Responsibility and engagement
