Working closely with OEMs and Tier 1’s to develop engineering material solutions for the Automotive Industry focused on the Western India region.
Taking ownership of building on existing relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers within the technical organization and R&D function of automotive customers.
Responsible for taking new concepts and ideas to OEMs and Tier 1s to address their challenges in alignment with industry trends.
Work collaboratively with Celanese sales teams, T&I teams and product specialists in India and overseas to offer solutions to customers.
Develop and own the account plans for some critical customers.
Build and deliver on the growth pipeline for the Engineering Materials business for Celanese.
Identifying new customers and opportunities in the Auto Industry.
Qualifications 要求:
Key Skills:
Strong technical capability with experience in developing solutions related to Engineering Materials.
A BE in Polymer Engineering is preferred.
Experience of working in/with the Auto Industry is preferred.
Customer facing experience of a minimum of 7-10 years is required.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain external relationships.
