Account manager for global key accounts, including Japanese customers
1. Oversee account management and operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
2. Drive business growth with a sense of urgency through complete ownership for all assigned accounts
3. Achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for each customer by overcoming obstacles, negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize business revenue
4. Develop new business and pipeline opportunities by deep understanding of customer needs and timely delivering our solutions
5. Build and maintain trusted, long-lasting customer relationships
