1.Downtime analysis (Major and Chronic issues)
2.Develop solutions, consult with CE regional/global resources, work with 3rd party vendors, etc.
3.Implement solutions.
4.Develop sustainability plan (PPM etc.) and hand it over to respective functions.
System support
1.Support maintenance team to develop/improve PPM plans and its effectiveness.
2.SAP support as & when needed.
3.Procedure development for new/improved processes.
Productivity Improvement Projects:-
1.Identify the projects based on history, data analysis, etc.
2.Coordinate the projects and deliver the savings.
3.Execute the projects whenever assigned.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering/ Post Graduation In Plastic Processing / Masters in Plastic Processing/ Diploma in Engineering with Plastic Industry exposure
