Job Overview 综述:

Tax Intern (based in Shanghai)

As a Tax Intern, you will be responsible for assisting Asia Tax Specialist in managing indirect and direct tax compliance tasks across functional areas and business channels and activities. This role will help you understand the basic VAT filing data preparation process and general tax operation details and regulatory requirements including both China and Taiwan.

Responsibilities 职责:

Your responsibilities include SAP tax reconciliation, tax research, on-site tax application package delivery etc. and other ad-hoc tax related assignments:

  • Assist in Export VAT refund data reconciliation on monthly basis.
  • Assist in VAT invoice and Customs Declaration Form data checking.
  • Coordinate with the Taiwan team on the VAT form details review and reconciliation.
  • Work with China accounting and tax team in case of any ad-hoc request.

Qualifications 要求:

  • Major in accounting/tax/finance from Universities in Shanghai.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and highly organized, self-motivated, and detailed oriented.
  • Can work 2 days per week, long term internship is preferred.
