Job Overview 综述:

To maintain & improve site EHS management system.

维持和改进工厂的EHS管理体系。

  • 安全标准化体系管理 （60%）
  • safety standardization system management
  • PSM 工艺安全管理（30%）
  • environment protection activities

  • Routine tasks

Responsibilities 职责:

  • 收集并执行国家及地方的EHS 方针、法律法规及要求，监督并检查执行情况。
  • Collect and implement the state policies, decrees, and regulations on EHS's area, supervise and check implementation.

 

  • 组织制定并实施安全目标，年度安全工作计划，安全活动等。
  • Responsible for developing safety goals, annually workplan, safety improvement activities etc. and implement plans.

 

  • 组织并实施安全检查，内部审核等流程。
  • Responsible for safety inspection, internal audit process etc.

 

  • 负责事故管理，例如制定程序，参与调查和趋势分析等。
  • Responsible for incident management process, such as developing procedures, involving in incident investigation, trend analysis etc. 

 

  • 负责一些安全专项工作的开展，例如机器安全，手部安全等。
  • Responsible for specific EHS competency, such as machine safety, hand safety etc.

 

  • 其他一些安全管理日常事务，例如培训，文件修订，会议组织等。
  • Other routine tasks, for instance, training, updating procedure, preparing for a meeting etc.

 

  • 负责工艺安全管理在工厂中的运行以及一些具体的管理要素的实施
  • Lead the PSM system implementation and responsible for specific elements.

 

  • 支持各部门EHS相关的工作，并为EHS相关的改进或者问题提出专业的意见和建议
  • Support for other departments EHS works, provide professional advises for problem solving and improvement.

 

  • 负责一些改进项目的实施
  • Responsible for assigned EHS improving project

 

  • 负责安全信息化平台的日常维护
  • Responsible for routine management of safety informational system

Qualifications 要求:

1、本科及以上学历，安全、环保、化工或化学工程等相关专业，能够有8年及以上EHS 相关工作经验。

Bachelor or above degree in Safety Engineering，Chemistry or Chemical Engineering etc, 8 years EHS relevant work experience or above is preferred.

2、熟悉安全和环保相关的法律法规和标准。

Familiar with safety and environment laws and regulations.

3、熟悉化工企业安全标准化要求以及过程安全管理要求。

Familiar with safety standardization system and process safety management system.

4、良好的沟通和协调能力。

Good at communication and collaboration.

5、较好的英语交流沟通能力和英文书写能力。

Good English ability on both oral and written.

6、持有注册安全工程师证（化工）。

Certificate of "safety engineer"(chemical industry) is required.
