Responsibilities 职责:
Achieve and exceed annual KPIs to meet annual financial commitments (revenue, volume, margin, account receivable)
Continually draw insights on customer needs and seeks new sales opportunities from multiple channels to build healthy growth funnels.
Drive topline growth at key accounts through KAM including setting growth strategies, delivering effective account planning, building, and managing multi-level & cross-functions relationships, and successful execution.
Drive new business development through identifying high growth markets and defining the strategy, business model, product positioning, margin structure, sales channels accordingly to accelerate growth.
Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the markets and competitive landscape in support of product and solution development.
Work with downstream brand owners to drive pull through demand and enhance Filament’s brand awareness via creative marketing campaigns and actives.
Conduct a regular, routine process for managing sales objectives including Key Account Plans, Call Reports and execution tracking of funnel.
Qualifications 要求:
Bachelor’s degree required in business, engineering or other appropriate discipline.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant commercial experience with strong business and financial acumen
Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills, national/global account management experience preferred
Strategic mindset to be able to see the big picture and the underlying business opportunities; Analytical ability to develop business cases and analyze market data.
Self-motivated with a highly entrepreneurial spirit and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
Explore in uncertain markets, adapt to shifting priorities, anticipate and resolve challenges through understanding internal and external working processes.
Work under pressure, ability to work and excel in a constantly changing environment.
