As the expert of CE ATS and TA process, provide recruitment coordination and onboarding support for assigned Asian countries.
- Guide HM through the position creation process in ICIMs.
- Post job requisitions on external job boards and update requisition statuses.
- Collect candidate information and coordinate related assessments.
- Prepare offer details and offer letters.
- Facilitate pre-employment requirements, including background & medical verification.
- Ensure smooth workflow from TA to HR Operations.
- Review, finalize, and manage service contracts with vendors.
- Set up new vendors and process purchase orders in SAP.
- Monitor payment status and ensure timely processing.
- Be the expert of ICIMs and internal TA process.
- Provide general administrative assistance to recruiter and TA lead.
- Actively participate in recruitment projects to enhance productivity and employer branding.
- Support on-site and virtual campus recruitment and university relation activities
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and other recruitment-related events.
