Job Overview 综述:

The MarCom Graphic Designer & Content Writer combines creative graphic design skills with the ability to craft compelling written content. This role involves developing visually appealing marketing materials and engaging written content that aligns with the company's brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience

Responsibilities 职责:

  • Creative Content Development: Designs graphics for web, social media, event, and print materials, etc., and develops engaging written content for marketing materials with deep understanding of local norms and trends among professionals and key audiences.
  • Content Management: Manages and develops localized content strategies for digital and print media, including brochures, videos, websites, social media, and email campaigns. Writes and edits copy to complement visual designs.
  • Layout Design: Arrange elements like text, images, and shapes in visually appealing ways using design software like Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Image Editing: Manipulate and enhance photos to improve their quality or make them more relevant to marketing campaigns.
  • Short Video Production: Design and produce compelling short videos as an extension of the marketing materials to promote on social media.
  • Branding: Creates and maintains consistent brand identities across various platforms, develops logos, color schemes, and typography that align with the company's vision.
  • Collaboration: Collaborates closely with global/regional marketing teams to design and execute campaigns and presents and explains design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Manages multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines. Adapt to changing priorities and pivot strategies as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and legal requirements.

Qualifications 要求:

  • Graphic Layout Skills: Expertise in designing content for web, social, printed materials, and presentations.
  • Writing and Editing Skills: Ability to write compelling copy and edit content for clarity and impact both in English and Chinese.
  • Video Editing Skills: Ability to write short video scripts, shoot and edit videos to achieve the fast social promotion target.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient with graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and video editing software such as Premiere, CapCut. Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and content optimization techniques is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and across regions.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Chinese.
