Job Overview 综述:

To support rapidly growing of EM business in SEA across different Segments. Manage distribution business with the channel partners. Sustain the sales activities and drive the business growth to meet external customer satisfaction and internal commercial strategy for the prioritized market spaces.

Responsibilities 职责:

  • Drive Celanese core values, safety & health, respect for people, highest ethical behavior, and protect the planet.
  • Accountable for achieving annual financial goal for the responsible sales territory.
  • Implement regional commercial and business growth strategy by identifying and building up robust sales pipeline to drive the sales growth and increase market share.
  • Manage distribution business through channels. Build strong local partnerships with channels and develop robust channel strategy to strength market presence and achieve organic growth.
  • Manage Account Receivables, past due and forecast accuracy.
  • Key account management for Global and Regional Key Accounts across ASEAN. Work out and execute key account plans with the alignments and support of key stakeholders within the organization.
  • Develop new business with innovative product offering in close collaboration with marketing team.
  • Navigate trade policies and ensure transfer project capturing in landed countries through close collaboration with team in original country.
  • Analyze the market information, trends and customer needs and have them reflected in the appropriate strategy development that fits the local market dynamics.

Qualifications 要求:

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

 

  • Fluent in English, other ASEAN language, China or Japanese is a plus
  • Broad knowledge of Auto, EE, and Consumer industries.
  • Rich experience in distribution management and transplant business handling
  • Strong implementor of global and regional business strategies
  • Excellent customer interfacing skills
  • Proven interpersonal skills and deliver the result
  • Good communication/negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and result oriented
  • Willing to travel up 50% of the time

 

 

Required Years Experience/Education:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Major in polymer, chemical engineering, material science is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, product or business development in engineering plastic or polymer resin business with track record.
