Rotating equipment specialist is to provide expertise for operation unit daily troubleshooting and daily maintenance work, provide rotating equipment construction, commissioning including solo test and runing test, maintenance quality check, and so on. To make sure reliability program execute well in the unit daily management.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting services to the site units, lead critical work, TAs, small outages execution in the field.
• Reviews the job, understand scope, and prepares pre-task plans to perform work in a safe manner and in accordance with Conduct of Maintenance.
• Take the leading actions to follow and providing optimizing for rotating equipment MI policy. Verify the execution in the field for those program requirement.
• Engage in the project, modification work for construction, commissioning, and startup.
• Provide guideline for PM, PPM execution, check the execution quality and provide feedback for the issues.
• Support CERR, Care Plan, Spare Parts of fixed equipment management site wide.
• Review the Level C RCA and follow the corrective actions. Support the Level A/B RCA.
• Support sitewide rotating equipment audit and improvement regularly.
• Provide the training and coach to rotating technicians.
• Respond to tasks as directed by line manager with the appropriate sense of urgency to minimize impact to process units.
• Majority is engineering discipline mechanical or equivalent
• At least 5 years' working experience
• Rich knowledge and theoretical practices on mechanical and vibration analysis
• Positive and proactive work passion to engage in the main and critical mechanical work
• Work systematically and effectively with groups
