Report to: HRBP
Expected work schedule: 2 to 3 days attendance each week
Internship Period Plan: 6 months even longer preferred
Daily HR Operations administration, deliver HR services consistently, efficiently, and professionally (on boarding/exit process, handle basic inquires, etc.)
Local document chop, filing and management.
Facilitate trainee rotations and regular reviews
Work closely with CoEs, HRBP and others, to support HR activities/projects on process improvement, employee engagement, career development, etc.
Develop and maintain knowledge of PRC regulations, trends and practices pertaining to daily work
Handle miscellaneous tasks assigned by HRBP.
Passion on intern work, positive, full of responsibility
Detail oriented, good service consciousness
Good communication skills at all levels (written & verbal)
Strong data analysis capability with fluent Excel and PPT skills.
First year Master, major in Human Resource related preferred.
