Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Good oral and written English.
- Good mindset on distributor management.
- Strong business development with strategic thinking capability, good sense and ability to establish relationships with associated stakeholders internally and externally.
- Collaborative work effort as good team player, strong execution with agility, ownership to take challenge and determination to drive challenging result.
- Proactive, self-motivation to take the responsibility with strong problem solving skills and good influence skills.
- Good sense and action on market value chain
- Good communication skills and influence skills.
Required Years and Education:
- BS or higher degree, Polymer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related majors are plus.
- At least 8 years sales related based customer experience, deep understanding of polymer industry, value chain
- Able to frequent travel to end customers
- Channel management experience is preference
