Fully responsible for developing direct served customers in Waterproofing & Coating segment with territory responsibility, support regional distributor for the mid and small size customers, establish strong commercial relationship with key customers, achieve the sales target given by company.
- RDP (not limited) sales in Waterproofing & Coating segment for key account and selected direct-serve customers.
- Support regional distributor to reach the sales target given by company.
- Customer relationship management
- Achieve the annual target of sales, growth, market share, profit.
- Maintain relationship with relevant people in the key account. E.g. Technical/ purchasing person.
- Customer calls/visit on a daily basis.
- Market information collecting, competitor analyzing.
- Promotion plan and action.
- Weekly & monthly report
