–Facility & Equipment Management: Coordinate with building management for maintenance and inspections; oversee HVAC, lighting, and safety equipment checks; manage office furniture, IT devices, and multifunction printers
–Safety & Emergency Management: Develop and update fire prevention and disaster plans; conduct and record fire prevention and disaster inspection; lead participation in building fire drills and safety training; manage AED, emergency supplies, and contact lists; coordination for industry waste; and other internal communication
–Showroom Operations: Maintain and renew showroom displays; manage sample inventory and lending; support for preparation of exhibitions; develop usage guidelines and rules
–Contracts & Finance: Handle lease agreements and vendor contracts; purchasing coordination; manage asset inventory and payment processing
–Office Support & Administration: Reception and visitor support; manage mail/parcels, shipments, and office supplies; update seating charts, distribution lists, SharePoint update; office orientation; cleaning & housekeeping
