Implementing fixed asset accounting policies, procedures, and control systems aligned with local accounting standards and company guidelines; Recording all fixed asset transactions (acquisitions, disposals, transfers, impairments, depreciation, and amortization) accurately in SAP, including preparing journal entries and reconciling sub-ledgers with the general ledger; Conducting regular fixed asset physical counts and reconciliations to verify asset existence, condition, and accuracy of recorded data, resolving discrepancies promptly.
1. Communicate with plant personnel to manage plant projects/assets from finanical perspectives;
2. Review Appropriation Request, release project budget; record and track spending;
3. Record fixed asset creation, retirement, transfer, depreciation etc. in SAP;
4. Drive fixed assets related month-end closing and corporate submissions;
5. Ensures in-scope internal controls (SOX) are well maintained, support internal and external audits;
6. Participate&drive in various process improvement initiatives
1. A good understanding of the practical and theoretical applications of Accounting.
2. A good understanding of financial and accounting processes and procedures.
3. Experience of major ERP accounting software, SAP experience is preferred.
4. Computer software skills, Microsoft office.
5. English language communication.
6. FA/GL ledger experience is preferred.
