Job Overview 综述:

This advanced technician will responsible for compounding such as the operation of twin screw extruders, feeders and so on. Trouble shooting skill is required for daily work. Good safety operation sense is important.

Responsibilities 职责:

1. Operate processing equipment(twin screw extruder) safely. 
2. Timely complete processing CHIP requests with high quality. 
3. Support processing optimization, development and trouble shooting. 
4. Undertake responsibility for internal machine maintenance. 
5. Keep good documentation to make sure all experiments procedures and raw data are traceable. 
6. Lab 5S and other tasks assigned by leader. 

Qualifications 要求:

1. Good safety sense. 
2. Major in Chemistry, polymer, and material science, machine/mechanical with more than 3years’ work experience in lab functions.  
3. Be familiar with process (twin screw extruder), compounding process for engineer plastics             
4. Good problem-solving skills and coordination skills. 
5. Good communication skills, positive attitude and self-motivated behavior.
