Job Overview 综述:

I&E engineer is responsible for long term I&E defect elimination, supporting maintenance manager for maintenance management system setting up and R&M effective implementation. Training and coaching I&E technicians to improve their skills and competency.

Responsibilities 职责:

  1.  Daily Maintenance Management
    • Be in charge of the daily management and maintenance of the instruments, automatic control systems, and electrical power systems of the whole plant, and ensure the smooth and safe operation of these systems. Quickly respond to problems and restore normal operation in time. 
  2. Training & Coaching
    • Be in charge of the instrument and electrical operation procedures and best practices, and provide training to I&E technicians.
  3. Project Participation
    • Participate in new projects or improvement projects as well as the design and review of instrument/control system modifications and monitor engineering quality for acceptance.
  4. Reliability Improvement
    • Lead the daily analysis of instrument and control system breakdowns and take corrective and preventive actions to reduce downtime as much as possible.
    • Responsible for maintaining the mechanical integrity of the control system and the electrical system.
  5. PPM Management
    • Manage the preventive and predictive maintenance (PPM) system and ensure that all electrical, instrument, and control systems are functioning properly. And also ensure that all instruments are properly calibrated and documented in accordance with regulations and corporate requirements.
  6. Standard Setting

Define and develop electrical safety concepts and ensure compliance with related company standards and policies.

Qualifications 要求:

 

  1. Education Background
    • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in automation/electrical engineering.
  2. Work Experience
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience as an electrical engineer in large manufacturing plants.
  3. Skills and knowledge
    • Familiar with PLC and frequency inverter technology, and preferably with experience in EU products.
    • Familiar with national electrical standards, industry automation theory and the electric power system.
    • Possess strong self-learning abilities and strong problem-solving skills.
    • Familiar with the maintenance system, such as PPM.
    • Proficiency in English communication is a must.
