Job Overview 综述:

We are looking for a tax professional to manage direct and indirect tax compliances for the organization. The role will involve handling GST and income tax filings, tax provisioning, supporting audits and assessments, responding to tax notices, and ensuring timely and accurate tax reporting while monitoring regulatory changes.

Responsibilities 职责:

  • Preparation and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6) and annual returns (GSTR-9, GSTR-9C) including tax payments.
  • Maintain GST reconciliations (input/output tax, E-way bills, sales and return reconciliations) and pass GST accounting entries in SAP.
  • Preparation and filing of GST refund applications and responses to GST notices, SCNs and appeals.
  • Monitor changes in GST regulations and support tax planning opportunities and compliance improvements.
  • Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns and tax computations as per the Income Tax Act.
  • Manage advance tax calculations, tax payments and TDS compliance, including reconciliations and resolving mismatches.
  • Identify GAAP adjustments between IndAS and US GAAP and prepare tax provisioning on quarterly and annual basis (both current tax and deferred tax).
  • Assist in FIN48 reporting for group reporting requirements.
  • Provide support in handling tax notices, assessments and related documentation as required for direct tax matters.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants and tax authorities for tax compliance and reporting.
  • Maintain proper tax documentation and records for audit and regulatory purposes.

Qualifications 要求:

  • CA / CA Inter / MBA Finance / B.Com with relevant tax experience.
  • Working knowledge of SAP ERP, MS Excel and tax filing utilities.
  • Strong understanding of GST law, Income Tax Act and related compliances.
  • Knowledge of IndAS and US GAAP adjustments for tax reporting preferred.
  • Good analytical, documentation and time-management skills.
