Job Overview 综述:

The Fixed Engineer will be responsible for site/unit fixed equipment management (tanks, vessels, piping, etc.) and supporting the manufacturing assets with related inspections, repairs, troubleshooting and improvement projects, make sure fixed equipment follow corporate and local mechanical integrity requirement.

Responsibilities 职责:

  • In charge of unit daily troubleshooting, develop maintenance plan for fixed discipline, respond and fix problems timely.
  • According to equipment category, develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategy for fixed equipment. Maintain equipment care plan and update care plan.
  • Development/implementation and monitoring of a comprehensive inspection & integrity program that is compliant to governmental regulations and coporate policies.
  • Take leading actions to manage and optimize the fixed equipment MI policy, procedure and relevant to the fixed equipment site wide.
  • Ensure 100% mechanical integrity compliance, close gap timely. According to global technical direction, survey, report and close timely.
  • Coordinate with central reliability SME to develop long-term reliability plans for unit fixed equipment that are aligned with the site strategy.
  • Support project team to select fixed equipment for unit, submit AR, support construction and commissioning, etc. 
  • Apply and optimize equipment spare parts according to critical equipment strategy. Control total MRO value within limit.
  • Provide reliability KPI monthly including corrosion program, TSG, PRD report, leaking report, regular inspection report.
  • Lead the level A, B RCA, develop corrective actions and track results. Review/support the Level C RCA, training and coaching of mechanical.
  • Identify unit equipment bad actor, and update monthly. According to bad actor list, develop corrective action to kill the bad actor.
  • coordinator of TSG management and the mechanical audit and improvement.
  • Support the execution team to do Pre-task plan and JSA in daily work for fixed discipline.

Qualifications 要求:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering, or equivalent.
  • Be familiar with GB, API, ASME, ANSI standard and industry practices, got TSG certification is better.
  • At least 8-10 years' working experience in fixed equipment.
  • Team work player, Positive and proactive work passion to engage in the main and critical 
  • mechanical work.
  • Work systematically, Working effectively with groups. 
  • Rich knowledge and practices on mechanical equipment.
  • Have good English writing oral skills.
  • Have experience with SAP, Microsoft Word and Excel system.
