Provide technical service to customers who meet performance or quality issues with existing Filaments products. Provide technical support to tollers so that they deliver quality products.
Responsibilities 职责:
In-depth communicate with customers for quality issues or performance issues of commercial Filaments products to collect first-hand information, provide technical guidance of product usage to customers and conduct preliminary investigation on site.
Communicate findings on customer side to internal functions (quality, manufacturing, T&I and etc.) and lead internal investigation and solution development work.
Validate improvement technical solutions of commercial Filaments products on customer side.
Investigate quality issues of commercial Filaments products produced by tollers.
Collaborate with tollers in developing and validating changes (e.g. equipment and process) on toller side.
Assist T&I to scale up production of new products in tollers’ plant.
Qualifications 要求:
Master degree with 3-5 years of working experience in industry of plastic or synthetic fiber or filaments or Bachelor degree with 8+ years of working experience in above industries.
Experience of fiber or filament spinning process or polymer extrusion process is preferable.
Problem solving mindset and results oriented.
Conflict management capability.
Willing to business travel frequently.
Good communication skill in both Chinese and English.
