To maintain & improve EMS, and ensure site operation comply with EMS system\local regulation and Celanese requirement by working closing with EHS team member and other functions

通过与本部门成员及其它部门的紧密合作，维持完善工厂的环境管理体系，并确保实际的运行、操作符合环境管理体系、当地法律法规及集团的要求

一.体系维护与合规运行

System Maintenance and Compliance

1.             主导ISO 14001环境管理体系的日常运维

2.             开展内部合规性审核，识别体系运行漏洞，制定纠正预防措施并跟踪闭环

3.             跟踪环保法规变化，及时调整体系文件，确保公司运营始终符合最新合规要求

1.             Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.

2.             Conduct internal compliance audits to identify gaps in system operations, formulate corrective and preventive actions, and track their closure.

3.             Identify the updating of regulations, track changes to environmental regulations, promptly adjust system documentation to ensure the company’s operations remain in compliance with the latest regulatory requirements

二．文件与记录管理

Document and Records Management

                1.             负责体系文件的编制、修订与归档，包括环境方针、程序文件、作业指导书等，确保文件版本一致性与可追溯性

2.             维护电子记录管理系统，及时完成各类环境数据、审核报告、培训记录等的上报

1.             Responsible for the preparation, revision and archive of system documentation, including environmental policies, procedure documents and work instructions, ensuring consistency and traceability of document versions

2.             Maintain all electronic records management system, make sure all needed data being uploaded to relative system in time.  

三．监测方案设计与执行

Design and Implementation of Monitoring Schemes

                1.             依据ISO 14001标准及中国环保法规，制定涵盖废水、废气、噪声、固废等全要素的年度环境监测计划

2.             负责监测点位的优化布局，确保监测数据代表性，每季度对监测方案进行评估调整，适应生产工艺变化

1.             Develop an annual environmental monitoring plan covering all aspects, including wastewater, air emissions, noise and solid waste, in accordance with the ISO 14001 standard and Chinese environmental regulations

2.             Be responsible for optimizing the layout of monitoring points to ensure the representativeness of monitoring data, and assess and adjust the monitoring plan on a quarterly basis to adapt to changes in production processes

四．改进机会识别与实施

Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement

                1.             开展环境因素识别与评价，重点关注高风险环境因素的控制与改进

2.             主导清洁生产审核，识别资源浪费环节

1.             Conduct identification and assessment of environmental factors, with a particular focus on the control and improvement of high-risk environmental factors.

2.             Lead clean production audits to identify areas of resource wastage and develop energy-saving and consumption-reduction plans.

五．跨部门协作与项目推动

Cross-departmental collaboration and project implementation

1.             与生产部门协作，推动EHS改进项目的实施

2.             协助污水处理单元提高可靠性和处置效率

1.             Collaborate with the production department to implement EHS improvement plan

2.             Support the wastewater treatment process operation, help improve reliability and efficiency.

1. Bachelor or above degree with environmental engineering, chemical engineering or relative’s subjects of safety and environment management
2. Certified safety engineer (chemical industry)
3. Good English capability on both oral and written   
4. More than 8 years’ environmental management experience, including at least 4 years in multinational company.
5. Be familiar with environmental laws and regulations
6. Be familiar with ISO 14001 system
7. Prefer to be knowledgeable on biological wastewater treatment process
8. Good communication and collaboration capability to drive environmental management system implementation and improvement

1. 拥有环境工程、化学工程或安全与环境管理相关专业的本科及以上学历
2. 持有注册安全工程师（化工行业）资格证书
3. 具备良好的英语口头及书面表达能力
4. 拥有8年以上环境管理经验，其中至少4年在外资公司任职
5. 熟悉环境法律法规
6. 熟悉ISO 14001管理体系
7. 熟悉生物污水处理工艺者优先
8. 具备良好的沟通与协作能力，能够推动环境管理体系的实施与改进
