Job Overview 综述:

As an operator in 24/7 team, this position is to help complete the daily works from operation's perspective to drive the AC2O SQRE performance.

Responsibilities 职责:

  • Stewardship
    • Issues safe work permits
    • LOTO equipment and turn over to maintenance for repairs and participate in return to service of equipment
    • Conduct Behavior Based Observations (BBO), communicate HazRecs and Near Miss Incidents.
    • Take part in emergency response / Initial response team as needed
    • Start up and shutdown of process equipment in a safe manner
    • Perform work in accordance to Conduct of Operations for proper hand-offs with other workgroups
  • Quality
    • Followup SOPs, BOMs, etc. procedures, monitor the system running condition outside to ensure all parameters on defined range;
    • Monitor the production condition, troubleshooting and escalation issues which may impact production quality;
    • Collect samples to lab for analysis
  • Reliability
    • Conduct routine rounds (SQRE) and proactively report, mitigate and solve emerging issues of field equipment;
    • Monitor production process (e.g. DCS, gauges …);
    • Investigate and troubleshoot abnormal operations;
    • Operate field equipment (e.g. valves, pumps) to perform operations tasks per SOP, SOC, special instructions (e.g. filter changes, bagging, manual activities, additions …)
    • Shift handover and takeover
    • Attend training to improve and maintain production processes as required

Qualifications 要求:

Chemical, engineering or related majors.

Electrician license is preferred.

At least 3 years experience in chemical related companies, including internship.
