It’s an experienced role and mainly responsible for logistics activities coordination and 3P service provider management, Logistics Cost dispute, Customer Complaints investigation, project management, etc.
Responsibilities 职责:
Logistics coordination
Shipment fulfillment- Ensure truck booking, loading, in-transit tracking, unloading for outbound shipments in timely manner as well as work out solution in case of any issue.
Execute SAP transactions (Goods Issue/Receipt, Delivery Note, etc) and manage EDI interfaces promptly to maintain data accuracy.
Reconcile 3P WH inventory to ensure 100% inventory accuracy on monthly basis.
Import coordination
In-transit shipments management: Monitor and track real-time status of inbound shipments to ensure visibility and proactive exception handling.
Customs clearance & Drayage: Oversee import declarations in compliance and efficiency. Coordinate inland transportation (drayage) to guarantee on-time delivery from port to warehouse/depot.
SAP Management: Accurately execute SAP transactions (e.g., ETA updates), ensuring data integrity between physical flow and system records.
Maximize the utilization of import trucking resources and make risk mitigation plan to minimize extra cost.
Drive cross-functional process alignment projects, like harmonizing import ops process into one EM, etc.
Verify logistics cost and dispute with 3P service providers, posting into SAP, and submit tax invoices to Accounts Payable (AP) in a timely manner. In case of any overdue, requiring work with internal stakeholders to arrange urgent payment.
Work with internal and external parties to drive solution work-out for Quality Notification process to ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints. Close 100% of QNs within 30 days.
Regular connection and effectively manage 3P service providers to ensure they the standard operation process is followed and achieve excellent KPI (on-time delivery, no 2PM, etc).
Work with internal and external parties to drive solution work-out in case of any resource constraint.
Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements/law and regulation and adherence to SOX Compliance requirements.
Identify and escalate potential risk/critical issues impacting on-time delivery, finances, customer satisfaction, compliance, or safety to leader immediately.
Lead/Support projects and optimize processes, with a strong aptitude for partnering with stakeholders to drive cross-functional process alignment.
Work with internal and external parties to work out logistics solutions as per business strategy or customer special requirement.
Support other activities as per business strategy.
