The Project & Maintenance Electrical Engineer is responsible for leading and executing capital projects, process reliability improvements, maintenance optimization initiatives, and equipment performance enhancement programs. The role ensures safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of plant assets through project management, root cause analysis, preventive maintenance development, and continuous improvement activities.
Identify and develop project opportunities based on business needs, reliability improvements, safety requirements, and productivity enhancement.
Prepare technical scope of work, engineering specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules.
Coordinate procurement activities including PR, PO, vendor selection, and contractor management.
Monitor project execution, quality, cost, and timelines.
Lead commissioning, startup, and project handover activities.
Maintain complete project documentation and lessons learned records.
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering,
