Skills and Knowledge Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience with a proven track record in productivity improvement and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated experience leading Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence programs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, engage, and drive change across a manufacturing organization.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving sustainable business results.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process safety principles, and operational risk management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in polymer, plastics, compounding, chemical, or materials manufacturing.
- Experience supporting automotive industry customers or manufacturing automotive-related products.
- People management or team leadership experience.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience implementing best practices across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Experience leading capital projects, capacity expansion, or process optimization projects.
- Experience working within a global manufacturing organization.
