高级维修技术员-在线分析仪表
1.Comply with EHS policy, procedures and work guidelines of the company；
遵守公司EHS政策、程序和工作指令；
2.Perform pre-task preparations for his / her assigned work. (e.g. procedures, permits, JSA, tools, etc.)；
做好指定工作的准备工作（如：程序、工作许可证、工作风险分析（JSA）、工具等）；
3. Be familiar with chemical engineering processes, master the operation status of equipment in this profession, and constantly improve the operation/inspection and maintenance skills of equipment in this profession to meet the work requirements；
熟悉化工流程，掌握本专业的设备运行状况，不断提高本专业设备的操作/检维修技能以满足工作需要；
4. Through daily Patrolling, problems are identified and reported in a timely manner, and records (inspections, defects) are kept. Faults in online analysis instruments are diagnosed and repaired to eliminate potential hazards and ensure the safe operation of the equipment.；
通过日常巡检，及时发现问题并报告，做好记录（巡检、缺陷），诊断和维修在线分析仪表故障, 消除隐患，确保装置安全运行；
5. Identifies/ rectifies faults in online analyzers, e.g, PGC and network, Gas Analyzers, Liquid Analyzers, CEMS (Continuous Emissions Monitoring System), Effluent analyzers, Gas Detectors and other analyzers；
在线分析仪表故障判断和校正，如：在线GC分析仪、气体分析仪、液体分析仪、尾气排放连续监测系统、污水分析仪、气体检测仪以及其它分析仪表；
6. Installation and maintenance of analyzer including the sample conditioning system；
分析仪以及取样系统的安装与维修；
7. Actively complete other tasks assigned by superiors and proactively report the completion status of the work.
积极完成上级领导安排的其他工作，并且主动汇报工作的完成情况.
职业技术学院及以上，仪表、分析仪表及相关专业毕业。
具有5年以上环保及化工过程分析仪表工作经验，熟悉各种在线分析仪表原理及表型,
如GDS、CEMS、GC、IR&UV气体分析仪、电化学仪表等气体分析仪表；
4 . Ability to use appropriate test and measuring instruments (e.g. Fluk process calibration instrument ，Multimeter etc.);
掌握和使用测试和测量工具(例如：过程校验仪，万用表等)；
5.Ability to read blueprints and electronic schematic；
能够看懂工程图纸和电气原理图；
6.Must be self-motivated, quick and willing to learn；
具备自我激励能力，学习能力；
7. Basic English capability is necessary;
具有基本的英语水平;
8.熟悉SAP、MS office办公软件；
Be familiar with SAP and MS office software;
9.Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
具有团队精神和积极的态度是必须的。
