Job Overview 综述:

This role is based in Shanghai to support Asia supplier quality management.

Responsibilities 职责:

  • Work closely with CE manufacturing plants
    1. Severe supplier quality issues
    2. QN2 8D report support
    3. Interact with suppliers on corrective action follow-up/verification
    4. Support customer/external audits on supplier quality topics (e.g. P5 VDA 6.3)
    5. RM Blocked Stock
  • Work closely with Contract Manufacturing team
    1. Annual sampling
    2. UL / NSF sampling support
    3. Toller Blocked Stock
  • Work closely with Procurement team
    1. Supplier Selection & Approval (supplier qualification projects, SQR)
    2. Supplier Development incl. Issue handling
    3. Blocked Stock (e.g. warehouse/logistics related)
  • Responsible for Toller sample testing request @Asian labs, e.g. Japan lab,  Shanghai lab, Shenzhen Lab
  • Performs supplier audits for relevant standards as ISO 9001, IATF, GMP
  • Maintains supplier specific quality evidence (e.g. specification, inspection plan for tollers, Evolve RMAP and Evolve Vendor Onboarding)
  • Supports business critical quality aspects for Tollers on
    1. Customer audits/ questionnaires
    2. Customer CoA issues
    3. QN2 check and investigation (8D reports)
    4. Daily toller QC data/batch release
    5. SAP QIP debug,  inspection plan setting/MM02

Qualifications 要求:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Industrial Technology, Quality Management, or a related discipline
  • 3 years and above experience in a manufacturing or quality management environment,
  • Technical understanding: plastics, chemicals, manufacturing
  • Goal-oriented, hands-on individual with drive for solving problems
  • Strong Excel/SAP knowledge  
  • Quality Core Tools: Problem Solving (RCA) skills, Ishikawa, 5 Why, Quality Audit, 8D
  • Working knowledge in use of PFMEA’s and Control charts.
  • Understanding and preferably certified in conducting audits for ISO-9001 / IATF 16949 / GMP standards (can be part of development)
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively in a global environment. Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) is a must.
  • Domestic travel as required
