Responsibilities 职责:

• Design and execute marketing programs that attract and nurture qualified leads for Celanese across the Asia region (China, Japan, India, Korea, SE Asia) - in coordination with regional peers in Europe and Americas and in partnership with commercial and business teams

• Understand and translate strategic and commercial objectives for Celanese’s materials and chemicals portfolio into regional marketing programs, engagement campaigns, and communications strategies - serve as a primary partner for the businesses to drive customer engagement with Celanese

• Guide, support, and develop regional Marketing Communications Specialists in the creation of marketing programs and regional channels - provide strategic guidance, share best practices, “roll-up your sleeves” to help them develop, and offer recommendations for experimentation / pilots

• Coordinate with other regional Marketing Communications Managers on regional efforts (e.g., campaigns, events) and in the development and execution of major initiatives for the global organization (e.g., customer engagement, content strategy, customer insights)

• Establish the Asia budget and maintain accountability for performance of marketing initiatives against commercial objectives for leads, opportunities, and overall impact on Celanese

• Identify opportunities for content development and suggest marketing opportunities (e.g., new messaging, channels, tone) that improve the overall effectiveness of Celanese's marketing efforts - engage all available communication channels and tactics

Qualifications 要求:

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 

• Experience with multi-functional / matrixed teams

• Experience in a B2B marketing organization with a consultative sales process and complex product portfolio

• Great communications skills in Chinese and English - written, verbal, presentations

• Creative Mindset - Thinking, Problem Solving, and Experimentation

• Team leadership and team development experience

• International project management and collaboration

• Balance of a strategic mindset with a willingness to “jump in,” be hands-on, and iteratively improve


Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Work experience for a multi-national organization, with project experience outside China

• Demonstrated success in the design and execution of marketing programs that attracted and nurtured qualified leads for commercial opportunities

• Demonstrated success in people growth, development, and management

• Ability to collaborate across functions and with business line leadership; experience in developing creative opportunities from financial goals and metrics

• Experience with marketing automation (e.g., Oracle Marketing Cloud, Marketo) and customer relationship management (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics CRM) applications

• Experience with digital engagement platforms (e.g., Social Media, Webinars, Web)

• Experience with Automotive, Appliance, or Electronics industries


Required Yrs Exp: Minimum 10 years of work experience; 5 years in marketing-, advertising-, or agency-related roles - preferably in B2B; 5 years of team management and professional development


Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Communications, or related fields;
Masters in Integrated Marketing Communications or Masters in Business Administration a plus
