  • Overview 综述:


    SumResponsible for performing a variety of human resource support duties in HR operation team.

    Responsibilities 职责:

    • HR System Management – 100% accuracy both in system and employee personal files based on local policy and company requirement
    • Daily HR Operations administration, deliver HR services consistently, efficiently and professionally
    • Payroll process and vendors management
    • Reports generation and analysis
    • Work closely with HR CoEs, HRBP and others, to support HR activities/projects on process improvement, employee engagement, career development, etc.
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of PRC regulations, trends and practices pertaining to daily work
    • Any ad-hoc projects and miscellaneous tasks assigned by supervisor.


    Qualifications 要求:

    • Bachelor or above degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in HR;
    • Knowledge of country and local employment laws and regulations
    • Ability to interpret and advise on the application of laws
    • Strong data analysis capability with fluent Excel and PPT skills, familiar with Success Factors and HR Platinum will be desirable
    • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    • Fluent in English (oral and written)
    • Collaboration and service orientation
