  • Responsibilities 职责:

    • Analysis of polymer process samples, incoming materials timely 及时分析完成生产所需原料,过程样品等 2.Conduct parts calibration of instruments. 能完成部分仪器的日常校准。
    • Record the datacompile certificate of analysis and add them to archives according to the requirement of the laboratory.完成每日测试数据的记录,归类和整理
    • Keep up with storage of sample retains and disposes of the old retains.完成实验室保留样品的分类整理
    • Update the List of normally inventory of spares and reagents for the daily lab operation.更新常规实验室消耗统计
    • Be conversant with the necessary procedures on laboratory information management system to maintain a complete and accurate database of laboratory analyses.熟悉实验室数据管理系统,维护实验室分析数据库
    • Maintain and monitor all safety procedures and equipment throughout the laboratory for the assurance of a safe work environment in the laboratory.遵守实验室安全规程,确保安全操作
    • Provide Support lab supervisor and chemist do the daily analysis records and implementing qualilty system procedures in the laboratory and in ensuring procedures are followed once they are implemented.协助实验室管理者或化学师完成质量管理
    • Demonstrate behavior that advances team-based concepts and utilizes good communication techniques with all levels of employees.良好的团队意识和良好的技术交流

    Qualifications 要求:

    • Experience in analytical laboratory 具备实验室工作经历;
    • Knowledge and experiences of sample preparation样品制备知识和经验;
    • Laboratory automation and information systems实验室自动和信息系统知识
    • Theory and concepts of analysis instruments分析仪器基本知识
    • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.沟通技巧,团队精神。
    • Windows Word, Excel etc.
    • Good English reading and writing skill.较好的英语读写能力。
    • College diploma level for polymer or relative工业分析/高分子或相关专业专科以上毕业
    • 1 year or above in chemical, plastics or other related manufacturing operation 1年化工/塑料/其他相关生产运营经验
