  • Responsibilities 职责:

    • Responsible for Customs HS code classification, maintaining master data base for CE products HS classification in Asia, acting as Asia classification expert to resolve HS code issues with Customs
    • Setup/update classification SOP, align with relevant function for execution.
    • Regularly monitor customs ruling/changes for CE products, analyze influence to business
    • Responsible for Customs valuation, initiating internal review/process to prepare for customs valuation defense with Tax/RPM/Logistics team. Support business to mitigate the duty exposure of valuation cases in customs and get alignment with internal functions.
    • Support to perform internal compliance check, documents retention, classification/TP/royalty and etc.,making sure daily operation are in line with compliance requirement
    • Support the whole team to develop expertise in classification/valuation/country of origin. Monitor the regulation change and adapt it to CE business.
    • Provide training to different functions in related to classification, import/export compliance and etc.
    • Other projects or ad-hoc issue resolvement assigned by Manager


    Qualifications 要求:

    • 4-6 Yrs Exp in customs and trade compliance, big 4 or law firm is a plus

    • Bachelor degree or above

    • Expert level in Customs and trade compliance, including classification/valuation/FTA/RoO and etc.
    • Fluent in both written and spoken english
    • Advanced level in MS office
    • Strong initiative and self motivated
    • Excellent in communication and cooperation
    • Good learning and development skills
    • Process mindset


    Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

    • Multi -task management
    • Project management
    • Government communication ability
    • Familiarity with SAP
    • Basic accounting and tax knowledge
