  • Responsibilities 职责:

    1, Answer and divert incoming calls with a polite and professional manner
    2, Receive the visitors and handles all security badges for employees, contractors and visitors.  
    3, Updated telephone list frequently and dispatch it timely
    4,Participate in new employee on board process. 5. Storage room management.
    6. Booking office, pantry and toilet consumable if necessary.  
    7. Meeting room management.
    8. Settling up the monthly expense for related vendor.
    9, Assist the preparing for the firm event like annual dinner, team building, and renovation, and so on under with manager's instruction.                 

    10, To maintain office facility such as printer, fax machine, water dispenser, etc.                                             

    11, should cover all similar works of Shenzhen office.      

    Qualifications 要求:

    • College or above with at least 0.5 year experience
    • Organizer: Assist to organize a variety of complex processes.
    • Communicator: Fully knowledgeable in Chinese & English; establish good contact with customers from different cultures. Have good relationship with other employee.
    • Assertiveness: Keeps overview and sets priorities even under work pressure.
    • Control: Complete the visitor tracking process to achieve the IP control target.
