The position is for an expert in engineering plastics, to conduct field sales and customer development within the defined territory. and provide a key interface between the customers (Decision maker/molder/OEM) and company to drive Celanese's EM business growth in the East China region.
The Fixed Engineer will be responsible for site/unit fixed equipment management (tanks, vessels, piping, etc.) and supporting the manufacturing assets with related inspections, repairs, troubleshooting and improvement projects, make sure fixed equipment follow corporate and local mechanical integrity requirement.
Perform Finish product testing, raw material testing in shift as per defined procedure and product compliance with material specification.
Correction for color product formulation as per instruction for quality team.
Testing Equipment operation as per procedure, calibration and ensuring quality standards for all incoming material inspection, pre-dispatch inspection and online inspection.
To ensure all products produced in the facilities meeting required quality standard and Maintain 5S and VM in plant.
Working in shift and to ensure the optimum utilization of Men & Machine capacity. Ensure highest level of Quality & Productivity, Delivery Performance.
Co-ordinate with Process expert for the production planning, weekly schedules, cross functional communication for maintenance and other function for marinating the smooth plant operation.
Manage resources include contractors for no safety incident and production as per plan and update and reporting the Production in SAP and related reporting software.
Implement the good knowledge about Plastic processing, Extrusion Process in shop floor for 5S and Visual management.
